Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in a signed contract. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, leads, revenue increases).

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside of our control (e.g., market conditions, platform algorithms, competition).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighthouse For Others LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lighthouse For Others LLC, its owners, and team members from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
